Orders are shipped out only on business days, please allow 1-3 day of processing before orders are shipped out.

(Please note this does not include weekends and holidays)


Please allow orders up to 5 business days once order has been shipped & processed.

All orders are sent with a tracking number to your email once, placed so that you can make sure they get to you.


We will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds must be addressed within 7 days of receipt.

Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes, no exchanges will be accepted.

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please send us an email ( containing the order number and a photo. We will gladly work with you to replace it!

Refund & Return Policy:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is nonrefundable.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment and will be issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer.

Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on statement.

Packages returned to due to ‘incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender, etc. are considered a Return package.
